The Object menu is only visible if the frontmost window is a template. |
Bring Closer, Send
Further
Brings the selected object closer to
the foreground, or further from it.
Bring to Front,
Send to Back
Brings the selected object to the front, or sends it to the background.
If the selected object is entirely hidden by another one, its handles
remain visible as long as it remains selected.
|
At print time, the objects are printed in order from the back to the foreground. The foremost object is printed last. |
Duplicate Object(s)
Duplicates the selected object(s). The copy is moved according to the
last move recorded by Carnet.
Align Left, Right,
Top, Bottom
Aligns the selected objects to the furthest point in the specified direction.
For example, Align Top aligns the top of the objects to the top
of the topmost object.
Color
This submenu changes the color of the selected objects. On the text boxes,
the color is used both for the text and the frame.
|
The text and frame color are identical. To create a frame of different color, use a second box without text overlaid on the first and hide the first box's frame. |
No Line, Hairline,
1 point Line
Sets the thickness of the selected object. If the object is a line, it
will not be printed in No Line mode. A Hairline will print
as a 1/4 point line.
|
These commands apply to the box frame for text and image boxes. |
Show Contours
When this option is checked, the contours of all objects are displayed
as dotted lines. If the option is not checked, only contours of selected
objects are displayed.
