Find...
Displays the Find dialog box (see Search).
Find Again
Repeats the last Find command. If no other occurrence of the searched
text is found, Carnet beeps and selects again the first occurrence.
Mark/Unmark Record
Marks or unmarks the record. Same as a double-click in the list.
Mark Category...
Searches and marks records according to their category.

By selecting
a category from the pop-up menu in the list window (label icon)
while holding the <option> |
key down, you can mark immediatly the records assigned to that category,
without even displaying the dialog. If you also hold the <shift>
key down, previously
marked records are kept.Mark Duplicates
Searches and marks duplicates in the list. If no duplicate is found, Carnet
beeps.

Duplicates are only searched in the list itself, not the fields. This feature is very useful when several lists have been merged to a single one. |
Mark All, Unmark
All
Marks or unmarks all records.
Mark Reverse
Marks the unmarked records and unmarks the marked records.
Show All Records,
Show Marked Records Only
When Show All Records is checked, all records are visible in the
list. When Show Marked Records Only is checked, only marked records
are visible in the list, other records are hidden. This mode is automatically
selected after an extraction or a search
with category, to display immediatly the search result.
Delete Marked Records...
Deletes all the marked records, after confirmation.
